This is my favorite Jimmy John's location. This visit I ordered the Tuna regular box. It came with a sandwich, cookie and chips.The staff was sweet, patient and helpful. The menu changed a little and I couldn't find my favorite sandwich. The manager stepped up and help me find the item.Parking: Small parking lot, tight spaces. Busy center View all feedback.

Staff are too busy on their phones to always curb. After waiting for them to get it out, I finally went in and got it myself from the take-out area and they couldn't even harass them to see from their phones that a customer came, never said a word and are still on their phones as I type this review. Abby and her team are phenomenal. I took care of everyone and made sure that my sandwich was made perfect. Very recommended!

I don't want to be a car, but if I order a sandwich, and it takes almost an hour to get it delivered if it's to be crazy fast, it looks like a bait and switch. If the drivers are short, I'm sorry. But you have to admit that it's worried.
It must be by far one of the worst stores Jimmy Johns has. I ordered from other places and they are always fast and the sandwiches are always good. It takes about an hour and a half to deliver a sandwich, This is my third time order from this place. I work overnight in the ICU, which is literally maybe 8 minutes from the store, the first time they sat my food outside the door, this last two times they delivered my food to the wrong hospital, although I am my address on the order where the hospital is, as well as my personal cell, and the hospital number that the call would go directly to me. After calling and talking to Orlando, he tells me that they close at 10 and that he can get the order back and delivered it back to me, but his driver makes two orders and it takes about an hour or so to get my sandwich. I put my order at 8:30. I guess this place missed the crazy fast sandwich supplier slogan, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Find another one. So thanks to Jimmy johns now I have to sit in ICU who cares for 12 hours without food. WATER not your time you come where ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Order today at a hotel. After 45 minutes called the store and the guy that answered the phone said he dropped off at front because there was no room number...I came down and picked it up and right on bag showed the room number. Guess he couldn't call or read directions. I hope he enjoyed his $4 tip for doing absolutely nothing. Will never order again!
