Totally traditional and worth your while. Family run, home-made sweets of the day, small plates (mezedes)...Not very big selection, but whatever they happen to have is absolutely worth it. If passing by Mesovounia, make a divertion and a stop, it's worth your while. It's the total antithesis of the overly touristic Fiscardo, a genuine place for locals, welcoming all.

Another great little gem. We decided to rent a motorbike for the day to explore Kefalonia and we stumbled across this cafe. Vicki was very hospitable. When you enter it is unassuming, with not alot on display. We asked what was available and we were served home made wrapped pockets filled with cheese, tomato, ham and olives. She created them whilst we waited and they were absolutely amazing. Totally recommend a visit. Service: Dine in
