Food is good and drinks are good. Their customer service is not. Hardly said a word to me the entire time. It was my first time they were not helpful about explaining the menu at all. Didn't even say my order was ready, it was just put on the counter. Iwasn't given a number and they didn't ask for a name. Overall dissatisfied.
We went back to Zero Degree with my family and had two drinks and a meal. We really liked the menu and prices. We even got a table by the wall, which was a nice touch. Good job on the advertising!

Hot cheeto esquite is delicious! the drink variety is also tasty if you know what you like. Servers are always friendly when taking your order. The metal seats/tables do not really fit with the store environment but what can you do!.
