The service was excruciatingly slow, taking 20 minutes just to place my order. I received a plain chicken sandwich instead of the Baconator I ordered. They also gave me a small Frosty when I clearly asked for a medium. To make matters worse, I requested a diet Dr. Pepper for health reasons but got a regular one instead. They almost forgot my fries as well, but they fixed that mistake. To top it all off, they don’t provide a receipt, probably hoping you won’t come back to challenge your order. I paid for everything but didn’t receive many items I ordered, and I only realized what happened when I got home.

While I've had great food at other Wendy's locations, that was not the case here. My order was incorrect, and the interior and windows were filthy. I wouldn't recommend bringing kids to this restaurant. One employee even left to go to the store next door to buy a swisher while I continued to wait—I'm still here without having even ordered yet, and now it's been 30 minutes. To make matters worse, she's trying to overcharge me. Corporate really needs to look into this location; it's quite disappointing.
