Specifically, Debra was quite unpleasant, and although I didn’t catch the name of the other girl who was also unnecessarily rude, she at least directed her rudeness towards her coworkers rather than the customers. It was obvious Debra didn’t want any customers in the restaurant, given her tone with everyone. She really needs training on how to properly interact with customers and understand that there’s no need to make them feel guilty for asking for a takeaway box or to make rude comments whenever she approaches the table. Additionally, badmouthing other customers as soon as they leave, in earshot of other diners, is extremely unprofessional. The overall atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable this time, with the waitstaff seeming to resent the presence of any diners. Considering the high prices, it was disappointing to feel treated like a nuisance. While we may not dine in again as long as those staff members are there, we will continue to order takeout because the food really is fantastic!

Told me I had to buy a new one or take the one they made. I had a $55 order. I was willing to wait. The girl was super rude. Mouthy. Actually kind of crazy. Very surreal moment. She grabbed the pizzas back from me. While stomping off ranting. Unsure why they would not remake a pizza. I had other items. I walked out... as I grabbed the receipt off the counter. Called my credit card and disputed the charge. Really no words for how bad the service was! They lost my sale, future business and wasted a $55 order.

Specifically, Debra stood out, but there was also another girl who was unnecessarily unfriendly. While you could sense the tension, the second girl was at least polite to customers, directing her rudeness towards her coworkers instead. Debra, on the other hand, made it clear that she didn’t want any customers there, evident in her tone with everyone. She really needs to improve her customer service skills and understand that there’s no need to make people feel guilty for asking for a takeout box or to drop snide comments whenever she approaches the table. Additionally, talking negatively about customers after they’ve left—where others can overhear—comes off as highly unprofessional. This time, the atmosphere was really tense and uncomfortable thanks to the waitstaff, who seemed annoyed by our presence. Given the high prices, it was disheartening to feel treated like a nuisance. We likely won’t be dining in again while those staff members are around, but we will continue to order takeout since the food is indeed fantastic!

They refused and insisted that I either pay for a new pizza or take the incorrect one. I had a $55 order and was willing to wait for the right one. The staff member was incredibly rude and confrontational, making the whole experience feel surreal. She even snatched the pizzas back from me while stomping off and ranting. I really can’t understand why they wouldn’t just remake the pizza. Frustrated, I decided to leave and grabbed my receipt from the counter. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I can't emphasize enough how poor the service was! They lost my business, any future sales, and wasted a $55 order.
