Exceptional service! We had a delightful dinner featuring pizza and cheesy breadsticks with marinara sauce. However, I was somewhat disappointed to discover that the sauce contained canned mushrooms instead of fresh ones, which is a letdown for someone who values high-quality ingredients. I ordered pizza and it was made wrong. I asked for a new pizza. I told them they could keep the one that was wrong. I just wanted the corect pizza. They refused. Told me I had to buy a new one or take the one they made. I had a $55 order. I was willing to wait. The girl was super rude. Mouthy. Actually kind of crazy. Very surreal moment. The food was excellent, as usual. However, the waitstaff was incredibly rude. Specifically, Debra was quite unpleasant, and although I didn’t catch the name of the other girl who was also unnecessarily rude, she at least directed her rudeness towards her coworkers rather than the customers. It was obvious Debra didn’t want any customers in the restaurant, given her tone with everyone. She really needs training on how to properly interact with customers and understand that there’s no need to make them feel guilty for asking for a takeaway box or to make rude comments whenever she approaches the table. Additionally, badmouthing other customers as soon as they leave, in earshot of other diners, is extremely unprofessional. The overall atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable this time, with the waitstaff seeming to resent the presence of any diners. Considering the high prices, it was disappointing to feel treated like a nuisance. While we may not dine in again as long as those staff members are there, we will continue to order takeout because the food really is fantastic!

Place was great! Food came out in a timely manner, I believe she was the wife and part owner, Dominique (maybe) was such a beautiful spirit! Kind and courteous, the first that I?ve encountered here in Arizona!

The staff member was incredibly rude and confrontational, making the whole experience feel surreal. She even snatched the pizzas back from me while stomping off and ranting. I really can’t understand why they wouldn’t just remake the pizza. Frustrated, I decided to leave and grabbed my receipt from the counter. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I can't emphasize enough how poor the service was! They lost my business, any future sales, and wasted a $55 order.
