The ma... read more I order spaghetti and meatballs, they did 't have the souse for the spaghetti. They did 't give any credit, ignored and they got upset when I request it. The manager explanation was the person who prepare it miss work.You have to have plan B , let thecustomer know when a thing like this happen we are the customer with out us you are nothing. I drove 25 mile to get your food atleast I demand some courtesy and an explanation. We all are suffering because the situation the country is going thru.Yourservice, quality have been degrade is unfortunate because you have a good product.

The gentleman with the shaved head has always been there for as long as we can remember, we honestly thought he must have been theowners, and while he has taken our order in the past he has never been either overly happy or overly disgruntled...always just aguy doing his job. About a year ago we had gone in and he was absolutely unpleasant and almost seemed as if we were botheringhim by being there. Everyone has a bad day though so we kind of shrugged it off. Then about a month later, as we only get foodhere every now and again, we came in to order and in the middle of the order he abruptly just sighed and handed us off to ayounger employee while visibly seeming almost disgusted with having to wait for us to make choices! He the proceeded to assistanother couple next to us and very clearly thanked them for being able to make proper choices !! They were not busy and we werebarely there for maybe 2 minutes. So we have decided to take our business elsewhere and outside of the mall when it comes togetting pizza. This place is not even that good and definitely not good enough to be treated like this from!!

While this might not be the best pizza you’ll ever have, it’s definitely enjoyable for a mall pizzeria. The customer service was outstanding, and the restaurant itself was very clean. Although the breadsticks were a bit lacking in flavor, the friendly service more than compensated for it.

In 2022, everything seems to be smaller, but the cost of living keeps rising! The staff was fantastic, and the pizza was tasty, just not quite like I remember. I would still eat it again, though.

I ordered a whole pizza from the manager and paid in cash. She made my pizza without washing her hands first. I called her out on it, received a refund, and left. I felt nauseous afterward. The girl had long brown or dark hair. This happened on Sunday, December 4th at 12 PM.
