On the 4th juli we have placed our order on 5:26 with a eta of 25-30 minutes. at 5:58 we received a text in which our order was given. around 6:23 we called the... read more On the 4th juli we have placed our order on 5:26 with a eta of 25-30 minutes. at 5:58 we received a text in which our order was given. around 6:23 we called the load around 480/926-4085 to ask about our order, but it took another 6 to actually reach some in the load (the other 5 times the call was answered, but immediately suspended.) at 6:28 we received this time a text from door dash, which says that our order was delivered by 6:35 clock. around 6:44 another text from dd, which says that the driver approaches our order. When we finally got into business, we talked to eleveny before our order arrived. we told him we don't want pizza and wings that were an hour old. he said that not to fear our order was due to the calculation of the time we set our order and the time it takes the driver to deliver it. the food was cold after entry. we called the load back and he refunded the order. our main complaint is that when we put our order with pizza we expect the order to be delivered by one of their branch employees, as it was done in the past. in our experience have delivered door dash and uber eats never warm eating, as they have at least 2-3 other places to make first. we have been ordering from their business for some time, but now other alternatives have to be taken into account. big disappointment in pizza hat!

The pizza had no sauce, no peppe... read more As part of a $70 pizza hut order, I ordered a pizza with bbq sauce, extra cheese, chicken, olives, pineapple and green peppers. The pizza had no sauce, no peppers, and regular cheese. I called the restaurant right back from my phone and kept getting a message that the store was closed. Then I called from my wife's phone and immediately got through, only to be told that I would only be entitled to a credit of $15, which is less than the cost of the pizza. The manager working that night (6/11) was also very rude and unhelpful. Definitely won't be going back to pizza hut for our weekly pizza night with all of the other options available.
