He argued with me and even... read more I ordered pizza for contactless delivery, but the delivery person insisted that I answer the door because he couldn't leave the food. He argued with me and even threatened to take my order back if someone didn't open the door. Frustrated, I called the manager, who said she would address the issue with him. I don’t think offering a gift card or an empty apology is appropriate; they need to train their staff better. I decided not to order from Pizza Hut again.

They informed me that they couldn't fi... read more We ordered two pasta dishes, and after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, I called the restaurant to check on our order. They informed me that they couldn't find my apartment and just decided to leave without making any effort to contact me. I have not received a refund on my credit card yet. I will never order from this location again. When I spoke to the manager, she said the delivery person was at my door but nobody answered, so he left. As a result, I had to go to Wendy's at 8 PM instead, all because of this experience with Pizza Hut.

Why couldn't anyone call to inform me that my order, which was confirmed an hour and a half before the supposed closing time, was complete? Gas isn’t free, and I definitely prefer Domino's over this experience.

Chesebrot could be a bit more cheesier, but it tasted good. the food was delivered within a reasonable time. I also liked updates on my order.
