No unusual decorations, but the Pho tastes very good. I can't beat the price.
A great restaurant for fans of Pho. More reasonably priced than most Pho you can get in the area, and the taste is still great; however, I wouldn 't say that there 's no difference in quality. It 's not very noticeable, but the higher end places still edge out on taste. On the other hand, you can order a super bowl here (see picture), which is quite a substantial meal, while still keeping the cost low. The environment is not as sophisticated as, say, Unphogettable; and the customer service doesn 't approach it. Don 't expect to be visited again after you receive your food.
