Menu

The menu of Pho Leo from Mesa comprises about 114 different courses and drinks. On average you pay about $14.1 for a dish / drink.

Pho Leo in Mesa offers some of the Valley’s best pho, celebrated for its rich, flavorful broth and generous portions. The spring and shrimp rolls receive high praise for freshness and taste. While the restaurant’s eclectic, modest interior and inconsistent service may not appeal to everyone, the food consistently impresses loyal customers who keep returning for both dine-in and takeout. Prices are on the higher side, but many find the quality worth it. Despite some cleanliness and communication concerns, Pho Leo remains a top choice for authentic Vietnamese cuisine in the East Valley, especially for those prioritizing great flavor over ambiance.

We visited this restaurant twice, and I keep coming back for the spring rolls. On one occasion, when I doubled my order, the server was very accommodating. The pho here is also incredible. It's a fantastic spot for delicious food! View all feedback.

What Sally N dislikes about Pho Leo:
The Pho is ok. Service is Horrible!! All other Pho place can do customize Pho. I want 3 things in my Pho which I said in Vietnamese. She sound like confused and suggested blank pho then add what I want. Then later said I should get special and take out what I don 't want. Then when when the Dac Biet came out, it only has 2 THINGS??? Don 't have what I want because she told the kitchen I don 't want those in dac biet... View all feedback.

I'm currently in the East Valley and usually make the trip to Phoenix in search of good Pho restaurants. There's a new spot opening in my neighborhood in September, but a friend recommended Pho Leo, which is located in a small plaza nearby. The aesthetics of the place were a bit jarring, with a mix of old restaurant equipment and Asian-style furniture, which wasn't particularly appealing. However, the food I ordered was excellent. I had pho with brisket and meatballs, spring rolls with peanut sauce, and a Thai tea with boba. Everything was cooked to perfection. If you're in the East Valley and craving Vietnamese food, Pho Leo is definitely worth a visit.

This is the best Vietnamese food I've had in Arizona, hands down! I ordered the special #1 Vermicelli bowl, which came with noodles and a variety of meats. My friend got chicken pho, and the broth was delicious! We also tried the BBQ pork spring rolls as an appetizer, and they were fantastic! The Vietnamese coffee did not disappoint either. While the decor could use some improvement, the food is definitely worth it. We loved everything we tried! I've lived near this restaurant for years, and I can’t believe I didn’t try it sooner. I’m now a regular customer, and I can't wait to go back!

I ordered just fried rice and three egg rolls to go. It was my first time here, and I won’t be returning. The $25 price tag for this is outrageous. I could understand if it were around $15 or $16 at most, but this is unacceptable. I also requested a smaller portion of rice (a bowl), and instead received significantly more than I asked for. It seems they couldn't just accommodate my request and instead charged me for the extra.

This is my go-to spot for Pho. If you’re looking for exceptional service or an upscale dining experience, this isn’t the place for you. But if you appreciate delicious food, you’ll love it here. Every item on the menu is fantastic. My wife and I order takeout 2-3 times a month, and we plan to keep coming back as long as we’re in Mesa. Food: 5/5
