However, this is to be expected from a chain restaurant with a drive-thru. Despite this, I find it convenient. I give this location a 5-star rating because the staff is exceptionally polite and kind. They made up for a mistake in my order and showed great customer service even when I arrived close to closing time. I was anxious that they would be annoyed, but they remained friendly and accommodating.

I can't tell them how the mandible chicken salad tasted sandwich. there was not enough chicken salad in my very expensive sandwich to even taste it? the apple chicken salad was delicious. that was my first time in panera and will be my last. it's too expensive for an salad and tomato sandwich.
