Overall, patrons had mixed reviews about the particular Panera location, with some mentioning cleanliness issues and order accuracy problems. Complaints included poorly wrapped sandwiches, inadequate portion sizes, and difficulties reading the menu. However, some diners praised the fresh salads, tasty soups, and exceptional service provided by friendly staff members. Despite concerns about pricing and dining area tidiness, many visitors appreciated the convenience of the drive-thru option and the accommodating nature of the employees. In conclusion, while there were some drawbacks, positive experiences and good customer service contributed to an overall satisfactory dining experience at this Panera location.

This is a one of the smaller chain restaurants with a drive through and sit down area. You can order at the counter or on the screens. The menu is listed above the order area. My complaint is that the menu is a bit difficult to read while you are in line. I wish they would post a menu near the entry door so that you could decide before getting to the head of the line. Other than that, service was pleasant and quick. I decided on the Crispy Chicken salad and Thai Chicken soup. Once you go through the line and pay for the meal, you are given a pager. The pager will buzz and light up when your meal is ready. We only waited about 5 minutes to get our meals and each of our pagers began to buzz. The salads were nice and fresh with chicken. The soup was fragrant with hints of lemon grass and coconut milk. Yummy. You should bus your used dishes as you get ready to depart. Plenty of free parking outside.

I recently had the opportunity to use a Panera gift card given to me by my sister-in-law. I was pleasantly surprised to find myself in need of a quick lunch while out with my housing specialist looking for a new place to live. Remembering my gift card, I suggested Panera, and it turned out to be a perfect choice. I enjoyed a delicious half sandwich, soup, and a zucchini nut muffin for dessert, all for just under $15, the exact amount on my gift card. The staff at Panera went above and beyond by graciously carrying my tray to the table for me, considering my difficulty in walking with a cane. The food was tasty, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was delightful. Thank you, Panera, for a wonderful dining experience.

Panera's food is typical of a cafe with a drive-thru. It is average and slightly expensive for the portion sizes. However, this is to be expected from a chain restaurant with a drive-thru. Despite this, I find it convenient. I give this location a 5-star rating because the staff is exceptionally polite and kind. They made up for a mistake in my order and showed great customer service even when I arrived close to closing time. I was anxious that they would be annoyed, but they remained friendly and accommodating.

Maybe let people know you’re paying $4+ for a child’s size drink, next time…actually there won’t be one

Mgr has bad attitude (name similar to Kristin). I am a member of the Sip Club and every time I go they tell me that I'm not a member. The day I signed up for the sip club I was given an offer to buy one pastry and get one free. Every time I get on the app it'll tell me Hi S Sunday June 30 we went through the drive-thru and ordered two pastries and coffee. The pastries were stale and the coffee was lukewarm and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time. Now I'm glad I didn't get the street corn soup or whatever that's called. There were a lot of recent complaints about the quality of the food and management. I would suggest not going on a Sunday because the pastries tasted like they were from the day before. I'll try to cancel my sip club so they don't charge me in 3 months. The quality of this food is worse than McDonald's Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
