I ordered through GrubHub, just got the super greens and chow mein from this location for the first time. I don?t typically leave reviews like this but everything tasted normal except the super greens. The super greens were so well cooked! Usually when I get them from other locations they?re on the saltier side and maybe mushy but these ones were still crunchy and perfect! View all feedback.

My order was incorrect, I discovered missing items when I got home. I had to drive back to the restaurant. They agreed to replace the missing items, but not the rest of my order. I spent $70 on a pickup order and still had to return. It wasn't worth it. The customer service was poor, the food was cold, and I will never go back. View all feedback.

There are still some good Panda restaurants out there, but unfortunately, this is not one of them. The staff was rude when taking our order, my teriyaki chicken was not properly prepared and I had to struggle with a plastic fork to cut it. The cashier was also rude and the food was not up to par. We will not be returning to this establishment. It was a waste of money to be treated poorly and eat bad food. It was also quite expensive.
The food at this restaurant always tastes good, but they consistently mess up my order. I don't realize the mistake until I get home. I think it's time for me to find a different Chinese restaurant.
I don't recommend this place. I suggest you're looking for a meal somewhere else. If you decide to eat here, you will probably be treated unfairly as I was. I ordered a meal here while I was on my way home from the hospital because I needed something fast, easy and stress-free. But when I arrived at home, I discovered that part of my order was missing. I returned to the store for the rest of my order and when I asked about the missing courts, they demanded that I have my receipt as proof. I was looking for my reception and couldn't find him. I returned the checkout and told her that I was unable to find my receipt, but assured her that I did not lie and that I was not given my complete order. She refused to help me without reception. I asked for her superior and she refused to speak with her leadership. I asked her if she could help me. She said we won't help you without reception. I told her I was very disappointed that I would leave 1 star ratings on several platforms for this store for the extremely bad and irritating customer service. She had no further comments for me and was satisfied with my dissatisfaction.
I come here all the time and have never had a problem until a few days ago. I had asked for one order of each of the spring rolls and the egg rolls. They have messed up my order all three times by giving me cream cheese rangoons instead of what I ordered. If my order is messed up again I?m taking by business elsewhere.
