I had to drive... read more I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I placed a walk-in order and, upon arriving home, realized that several items were missing. I had to drive back, only to find that my food had gotten cold. They offered to replace the missing items but refused to address the other food that was now cold. If I'm spending over $70 on a takeout order, I shouldn't have to make a second trip. Overall, their customer service is lacking, the food was served cold, and I won't be returning.

Two people who were behind us were allowed to go ahead, and they had to ask us what we wanted several times because they kept getting distracted mid-conversation.

They were rude when taking our order, didn't even cut up my teriyaki chicken only had a plastic fork to try cut it...the cashier was rude as well the food was terrible! We willnot be back to this location. A lot of money spent to be treated terribly and eat nasty food! Way too expensive also!
