I have read some of the low ratings and believe that the people writing The reviews don’t have a clue as to what the expectations should be scored by. To score all 1 stars means absolutely nothing to a person looking for an honest review. Please understand that a lot of service is a reflection of the type of customer that is dining in. I give a 5 across the board. Thank you Outback for a wonderful experience.
