I'm kicking myself for not going sooner, as I've always said I should try it one day. I'm so glad I finally did. The retro signs on the walls add a nice touch to the atmosphere. The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. It's hard to ask for more these days! I will definitely be coming back again!

We truly enjoyed... read more My husband I went for lunch yesterday for the first time to Lenny's Burger. Our burgers were great, the fries were hot the service, exemplary!! We truly enjoyed the 50's diner atmosphere with music playing from our generation. Michelle, the Manager Greg, the Head Cook were warm welcoming to us Snowbirds who just arrived to Mesa to enjoy the beautiful city weather. We will definitely return hopefully save room for their 99 cent Root Beer Floats next time.

The price isn't much more than a typical fast food drive-thru, but the food is several levels above. The woman who took my order and handed me the food was friendly... There's really nothing whatsoever I can think of that Lenny's Burger didn't excel at. This is definitely my new favorite burger place in the greater Phoenix metro.

However, I received cheese fries without the chili, and the bun on my burger was completely soggy. It was so bad that I couldn’t eat it, so I ended up just having the meat and the seasoning, while discarding the bun. I was really disappointed with my experience, especially since I had been looking forward to eating here. I believe the issues were the fault of the kitchen staff, not the woman at the counter. I think it’s essential for the food to be properly reviewed before serving; this is something I learned from working in the industry for 20 years. If improvements aren't made, restaurants risk losing customers, which is a shame because they could gain more if they paid attention to these details. Wishing them better luck in the future!

Honestly, it’s one of the few places where you can find a really good burger. I’d say it’s at least on par with, if not better than, In-N-Out, and they have a wider variety of options. Just be aware that the food is quite indulgent, so it’s probably best not to visit too frequently, lol!

I was very excited to be there the woman that took my order and handed me my food was very kind and very graciousunfortunately I do not have her name I ordered the Hatch Green Chili cheeseburger and I ordered the chili cheese fries. Ireceived cheese fries with no chili. And my hamburger the bottom bun was completely soggy which I could not eat the bun so Iended up just eating the meat and the condiments that were on the meat but I had to throw the bun away. So I was extremelydisappointed in this experience because I was really looking forward to eating here. Clearly it was The Cook's fault not thelady at the window. Although I do believe that the food should have been inspected before it was passed out no different thanhow it is done in a restaurant of which I worked for 20 years make improvements and I think you would gain more customers ifimprovements are not made you will lose more customers have a great day

They can?t get a simple order righ... read more I?ve been a drive through regular (3 to 4 times a month) for years. 5 stars for the past. 0 stars for the last couple months. They can?t get a simple order right that I?ve been placing for years to save their life and they want to argue with me about howthe unchanged menu works. Missing items, wrong orders, new uncaring staff and worst of all the food quality has droppedsignificantly. This past Friday was it for me. I?m done.
