Came in to eat a quick bite and the food was great. My order took something to get out, but the staff told me that my chicken just fell into the frit, so I was more than happy to wait for fresh food. The staff were all happy and helpful. Inside was not very busy, but the drive thru took a little and she seemed good to handle it. Great customer service! View all feedback.
What City Tours doesn't like about Kfc:
First of all, it seems like the staff is trying hard, but they appear to be overwhelmed. Perhaps better management is needed. I see all bad reviews and must agree. this is the second time that I tried this place and the second time that she gave me little overcooked pieces of huhn. I ordered the 8 pieces. they had no boobs ready to have substituted legs. they gave me two little legs. that is not a substitute for boobs. legs were small and overcooked. what a tear for $28.00
Chicken pliers were not edible. you should serve fresh food. that was at least clear the day. $28 would never spend it there again.
Bad customer service ever. No one recognizes them and all the employees who stand around them. always has to wait a looung time.
Check them and open their boxes in the order, careless workers gave me only fraught in the chicken sandwich box instead of the spicy chicken sandwich. will never go to this place again. the steering of human money should hire competent staff. extremely disappointed.
So, I understand it 's a tough job market. Hiring in this environment has to be a challenge, especially at a fast food restaurant. With this said, can 't companies hire employees that have a pulse, brain and care just a little? I visited this KFC location today. The speaker at the drive through at lunch time had an issue and I could not understand what the young girl was saying while placing my order. I kept telling her I can 't hear her nor understand. Finally, I said I 'll just drive up to the window and place my order. So, I drive up to the window. The young girl working the window rudely states I can 't take orders at the window . I say, excuse me? I can 't hear you on your speaker, why can 't I place my order right now? She said she can 't. I simply shook my head and drove away. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed with such a horribly trained employee.
