I went through the drive thru and the lady said, you're really going to wait 17 minutes for chicken. I said yes, and it was 30 minutes. How can you be out of chicken when it's the only thing you sell. The person was like I can get u extra crispy 3 times. I had to tell her 3 times I'll wait. I orde... read more I see all the bad reviews and have to agree. this is the 2nd time I tried this location and the 2nd time they gave me small overcooked pieces of chicken. I ordered the 8 piece...they didn't have any breasts ready so they substituted thighs. well theygave me 2 smalls thighs....that's not a substitute for breasts. legs were small and overcooked too. what a rip off for $28.00
