I can overlook one mistake, but at this point, I’ve come to expect that it won’t be in the bag, and I’m usually correct. This situation isn't just the fault of the employees; the management shares the blame as well. A poor manager inevitably leads to poor employee performance. If you're reading this, I suggest you find a better KFC than this one.

Yes, you might find yourself waiting in the parking lot for your mega bucket of chicken, but that’s just because they prioritize food safety and make sure everything is cooked properly. I really appreciate that about a place I dine at. So, while you wait, just sit in your car, text (because let's be honest, you probably want to), and relax. Your meal will be worth it!
