They even... read more The staff here is absolutely AMAZING! This afternoon, there was a difficult customer, but the team handled the situation with such grace and kindness. They even offered her a complimentary box of sandwiches, despite her being upset about being late for a "meeting." Honestly, if you're taking out your frustrations on the folks making your sandwiches, you might want to consider seeking some help. We’re all going through tough times, but the dedication and professionalism of the staff here are truly commendable. They deserve all the praise and recognition. Thank you for being a wonderful part of the neighborhood! We will always choose this place. Thank you!!!

I recommend... read more I recently visited a different branch of this restaurant and had a fantastic experience! The staff were friendly, and the food was incredibly tasty. I recommend steering clear of the location at Signal Butte and making the extra effort to visit the one on Power Road—it’s definitely worth the drive! On this visit, however, it was my first time trying the restaurant, and while the service was warm, I was disappointed with my meal. My sandwich was predominantly bread, while the other two sandwiches were mostly filled with vegetables. This might have just been a problem at this specific location, as I know others who regularly enjoy their meals there. I might give another branch a shot next time, but if the experience is similar, I won't be coming back.

The order was flawless, and the cheesesteak came hot and juicy. Overall, I was very impressed with the entire experience.
