I was really impressed with the customer service provided by a young lady this morning. My only downside was the new Impossible Breakfast Sandwich—it's smaller than a White Castle slider and priced at $3.99. I believe the price should be lower given its size; it's not worth the current cost. Thank you for continuing to enforce the mask requirement; many of us truly appreciate your commitment to helping curb the spread.

While I recognize the difficulties that fast food workers are experiencing during Covid-19, there's no excuse for them to be rude to customers upon arrival. The employees appeared annoyed and showed a poor attitude while on duty. Having been a regular at this location for over 10 years, I found today's drinks to be lacking - they were watery and overly frothy. It's disheartening to witness both the service and drink quality decline at this establishment, suggesting a lack of management oversight.

I now find myself visiting once a week because of the warm staff and the cleanliness of the establishment.

As soon as we entered, we weren... read more On June 22nd at 2:00 PM, my experience at the restaurant was unfortunately marred by the unprofessional behavior of an employee. As soon as we entered, we weren’t greeted or informed about the mask policy that Jamba Juice has in place. Instead, the employee abruptly told us that we couldn’t stay without a mask and took our order in a very dismissive manner. She scrutinized us, rolled her eyes, and repeatedly insisted on the mask requirement while crossing her arms and adopting a confrontational stance. We understand the policy, but it would have been much more appreciated if she had communicated it with a bit more kindness rather than being rude and ordering us to leave. After looking at other reviews, it appears that other customers have also encountered similar unwelcoming attitudes from the staff, suggesting this is a broader issue rather than just a response to COVID. I even witnessed another individual leaving and shaking their head in frustration, clearly upset by the staff’s rudeness. It’s evident that there is a strong need for better employee training at this establishment.
