This is the third time ordering from this particular location where the vegetables have been completely burnt. This was the worst though, because there were actual pieces of charcoal in my burrito bowl. They?re brittle, so of course they broke intomany small pieces that I had to spend forever picking out of my food. This picture is the result. Eating charred foods increasescarcinogens in your system and can be as bad as smoking. I will not be returning to this location until I hear that they areunder new management, because judging from their sheer volume of one star reviews, this place needs some help.

Decided to go to a different location than usual and wow what a difference . Customer service horrible . Food prep horrible. Ordered 2 burritos and a 3 taco pack all to go . The tacos cold as can be barely wrapped and soggy and soaked. The burritos I really dont understand what was happening but it took 2 different people to complete. Also cold. Look at pic one bigger that the other lol whatever good help is still hard to find but compiled with bad leadership and well yea you wont get my business again.

The restaurant is not customer-friendly at all. The staff there do not appear to be happy and rush through taking your order. Usually, young people are easier to deal with, but at Chipotle, it was the opposite. There was no passion in their service, only grumpiness. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Had food delivered! 2 orders came back with hardly anything in it. The black beans taste rotten! Can't get a hold of anyone. Food was rushed. I want a refund tried to get in contact with online that's a joke!

During a recent trip to Oklahoma, I had lunch at Chipotle on Signal Butte in Mesa, AZ and it was delicious! Unfortunately, I accidentally dropped my wallet while I was there. Luckily, an honest customer found it and returned it to the staff. I didn't realize my wallet was missing until the following morning, after traveling over 500 miles. I called Chipotle and spoke with Kevin, who was very polite and friendly. He informed me that someone had turned in a wallet the day before. I was so grateful for the honesty of the people at Chipotle! I sent Kevin a mailing label via email and he immediately took it to USPS for overnight shipping to me in Oklahoma. A big thank you to the customers at Chipotle and to the staff for going above and beyond to help me out!

I was dissatisfied with the first two dishes at this restaurant. When I tried to express my concerns while wearing a mask and holding a plastic plate, the staff seemed confused. I was disappointed to have paid $40 for a rice and cheese dish that had very little meat. However, after speaking with a manager and showing him the unsatisfactory dishes, they were remade (as shown in the last picture) and looked much better than before. The manager was understanding, friendly, and courteous, which I appreciated. I was happy with how they handled the situation.

I was disappointed with my first two bowls at this restaurant. I attempted to express my dissatisfaction while in line, but with the masks and plastic barriers, they seemed confused. I left feeling frustrated after paying $40 for what was essentially a rice and cheese bowl with very little meat. After calming down, I returned with the two bowls and spoke to a manager who examined them and remade them, resulting in a much better-looking dish (as shown in the last picture). I explained my initial unhappiness with the content and he promptly fixed it, for which I was very grateful. The manager was calm, kind, and polite, qualities that I appreciated. This is why I am giving this restaurant 5 stars, as I was impressed with how they handled the situation.
