The food is always excellent. The menu has changed since My last visit. It's nice to see good food at affordable prices. I spent more at a drive thru than for my lunch that included drink, appetizer, entree with a side. The server kept the table cleared and drinks refilled until we paid. She was not friendly though. And we chatted for about an hour with no refills at all after paying with an 18% tip. View all feedback.

Ordered takeout.... Asked for extra limes, Manger drops them in bar sink, and still puts them in my bag. Get home, steak is beef jearky (ordered medium), street corn looks like it was last weeks, and everything was cold. Super disappointed in a place we usually love. View all feedback.

I've been visiting this chilis for several years and since my diagnosis with cancer. I do not immerse myself in the active treatment for cancer, and I am immune-comromised, so we remain on board collection. when we ordered our food on 10/16/2022 and picked it up on this particular day, we noticed that we were missing a few things when we came home. I miss one of my shrimp tacos, my side order of the loaded kartoffels that they put an empty container in my order), the order of my wife was not on as it should be ordered, we lacked our jalapenos and cheese on our fries, and my daughter lacked her side order of brokkoli for the command of her child. I called the restaurant, spoke to the manager juan, I think, and said my care and the problems with my order. He told me to come down and he'd do it right. instead of making the whole order new, he only replaced the missing items that were not taken into account that were 40-50 minutes past, and that was now cold.) I had asked him to return the whole order, but it was late, and I wanted to sit down and eat with my family. he became very snippy and short and rude. he was verbally abused for his associates. his team has made the order new, and it would take about 10 15 minutes; this took about 30-40 minutes. I checked the job and went home, and we finally ate it. later in the evening, my wife, daughter and I started to feel sick; we had massive diarrhea, vomiting and just not feeling good. I think the foods have not been properly treated as retaliatory measures because I have dealt with the original order. I will not come back because of the rudeness of their manager, the lack of customer service and soft skills and the insulting nature towards his personal.
Not happy with my experience. ordered lock through the app and came to do the eta time for eating. I called the exit area and let her know that I was there because the app didn't let me look in. they said okay and I wanted to wait. when I waited, I looked at all the commands placed in the regals in the window and noticed that an order was just there after 5 minutes calling from me. I noticed that other orders we are taken from the guests, but not these. about 10 minutes after the ETA period passed and I received a text that said that my order was ready and I will derive asap. I waited another 20 minutes and had still seen the same order that was still there. I didn't say anything first because I knew it was dinner on a Saturday night, so I thought personal was busy, but I ended up seeing what the last 30min was mine and looked at the regal to see that the order that was for the last 30min. I was so angry that I waited for my order, only that it sits there for about 30 minutes. I'm so upset about all this.
Had a really bad experience. on Friday we went to lunch and sat in the bar. not my first choice, but okay. the floor was dirty, all over. I ignored it. our server came by and hardly spoke to us, no smile, no reception. She was young, so I just let it go. we both ordered the 3 part meal; drink, appetizer, escape. we drink and I have my suppe that was cold. I still haven't complained. we were never offered drinks refills, and my man never got his appetizer, although I asked when they broke out our escapes. the escapes were delicious, but still no appetizer and yet no refills. I had enough to tell the manager. he gave us our appetizers to go, and a 10% of the bill.
I ordered food over the phone and was told it would be ready in 30 min and I would get a notification on my phone.I waited and got the notification on my phone. When I arrived to pick up my food, they let me know that they sold my food to someone else and it was paid for. They had already known about the mistake and didn't communicate or notify me.They asked me if I wanted to wait for 20 to 30 minutes for another order, I have little ones to feed so I sat and waited.When asked if they could help me out on the price of the food/compensation for the lost time/inconvenience, I was told that since someone else already paid for my last order there was nothing that could be done? Whatever that means. This is an example of poor customer service and isn't the first time I've had trouble with this store... I suppose I'm partially to blame for returning.If you have the option, I would opt to go to the next closest location before choosing this one.Good luck to all of you and stay healthy!
