We really wanted to have a more positive experience than the last three, server started strong, then in no server faded. sizzling fajitas not sizzle, had to ask... read more We really wanted to have a more positive experience than the last three, server started strong, then in no server faded. sizzling fajitas not sizzle, had to ask for sweet substance, refilling tee more than once. Last time we were there, a manager said they knew about the problems and we were working to solve. that was over a month ago and it was better still worse, lowest peak in a long time at 20% we get it time are challenging, but also the table behind us asked to talk to a manager.

I wanted to be able to get them out of th... read more I had 5 kiddos with me during this visit. 3 are mine and 2 are my friend's kids. Their fathers are currently deployed. I wanted to be able to get them out of the house and our experience was so smooth! Our server Marcellus was very patient, kind, and attentive. It can be challenging taking on so many kid orders at once and he did a phenomenal job! We will definitely be back, mainly due to the great hospitality we received from our server. He said he was new, but I wouldve never known. What great customer service! Thank you again!

This is the second time a Chili?s has placed meat in my food, even after requesting multiple times for there to be no meat. This time, I ordered the cajun pasta to go, our waiterforgot about it, brought it out, no visible chicken. I go to reheat it the next day, with little bits of chicken they forgot topick out I guess. All the waiter had to do was say ?sorry we put chicken in it but we will remake it with no meat?, I would nothave gotten upset. To a vegan/vegetarian, you can NOT just pick meat out, it will make us very ill! I did not see the littlebits of chicken until it was too late and my partner and I became very sick.

Our server initially provided good service but then seemed to vanish for a while. The sizzling fajitas did not live up to their name, we had to ask for sweetener, and we requested tea refills several times. During our previous visit, a manager informed us that they were aware of the issues and were working on fixing them. However, over a month later, we found that things had not improved—if anything, they seemed to have gotten worse. We ended up leaving a lower tip than we usually would, just 20%. We understand that times are tough, but even the table behind us had to request to speak with a manager.
