I appreciated the option... read more I’ve been craving Korean food, so we decided to give this place a try the other night. We all loved the build-your-own bowl experience! I appreciated the option to pile on as many different toppings as we wanted. My husband and I opted for the hot stone bowl while our kids shared a regular one. The hot bowls were delicious, but quite large, so we might share them next time. I believe Bibio offers the most flavorful food I’ve encountered in Gilbert so far!

The flavors are incredible, and the texture is perfect. The portions are generous. I highly encourage you to stop by and give it a try! The pickled toppings really elevate the dish. I definitely recommend adding a fried egg on top. The sauces aren't as spicy as you might expect.
