I've been spending time in Mesa for nearly a year, where my fiancée lives. We decided to go out for dinner and didn't want to wait too long or be too fancy. This place was perfect for us. It was a bit busy when we arrived, but the lines moved quickly. I really appreciate the simplicity of the menu; there's no need to be overwhelmed by a thousand options. She ordered chicken tacos, and I got the steak gordita with chips and a drink, along with some Mexican Coke. The food didn't take long to arrive, especially considering how many orders they were handling. The staff was larger and very efficient. The meal was delicious—just the right amount without being overwhelming. This is a fantastic spot to enjoy a meal. We sat outside, and it was very pleasant.

Although it was a bit crowded when we arrived, the outdoor terrace was a lovely spot to relax while we awaited our meals. It’s definitely a popular place for a reason, even though it can be challenging to find a spot to eat comfortably.

Place seems to be at times distracting to staff but nothing to worry about. you just have to repeat yourself a few times. Food is great. In the past, there was a chance to get meat that has been sitting for some time and loses its luster. But 90% of the time, the meat tastes hot and juicy. Great authentic Mexican tacos! Worth going out of your way just to stop at this little restaurant for some fresh made carne asada tacos! They also have an amazing salsa bar with anything from mild and flavorful, to some blazing hot salsa that makes you question all your life choices!
