Top organization, dynamic instructors/facilitators. Big downside, the absence of information on the site concerning the additional €12 per person to get on the tube. When your children are equipped and ready to leave, they whisper in your ear it 's 12€ to ride, is that ok? . For 1 older teenager and a child it is an investment that would go more smoothly if all the information was transmitted before arriving on site.

We got a gift voucher for the 1 hour spa. At the same time as us there was a family of 5 people including a child of around ten years old, I thought that it was forbidden for them..... Clean and pleasant spa but only 3 deck chairs even though it is max 10 people. You must bring your own towel and no hair dryer when leaving....
Delighted with the service for our 6 year old son, despite his fear, Émilie was able to put him at ease.
The super activity miaeas I bought 5 flights for almost 400 € no bother putting them in a cardboard gift box which must cost 1 € max. They put this in a standard white envelope. A shame for an activity costing almost €70 per minute. I tried nicely to negotiate the purchase of the boxes, there was nothing to be done, they didn't even want to sell them to me with the pretext that the photos with the flight had to be taken a week before I I took the photo and video option, it was really poor quality for the price.
