I can see how overwhelmed the remaini... read more I've been a regular customer at this Dunkin' since 2017, and it’s disheartening to witness the staff dwindling in numbers. I can see how overwhelmed the remaining employees are as they hurry to complete orders. This location is consistently busy, so why not hire enough staff to meet the demand? It's frustrating to hear the excuse that no one wants to work when wages remain stagnant while the cost of living keeps increasing. Offering better pay would certainly help attract more workers.

The staff appeared a bit unsure at times while handling our request, but they nearly got everything correct. I ended up receiving an iced coffee instead of a hot one, but since I like both, it was totally fine! They were very apologetic about the wait for our sandwiches, but honestly, there was no need for the apologies! Thank you!
