Mr Greek Gyros - Merrillville

I absolutely love this restaurant! I can't believe they now have pork gyros! I initially fell in love with their chicken gyros, and now I'm totally hooked. The food is full of flavor and made fresh right in front of you, plus the prices are excellent! The customer service is a bit above average, which is always a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place. On top of that, the location is really convenient!

The pork gyro was amazing! On my last visit, I heard the owner enthusiastically talking about it, so I decided to give it a try this time, and it truly lived up to the expectations. The flavor was wonderful, and there was a hearty serving of fries. I can't wait to try the chicken next time!

We have dined at this restaurant multiple times in the past, though it has been a while since our last visit. We ordered a gyro sandwich and fries, along with a Philly steak and fries. The fries were quite good, especially when dipped in the accompanying sauce. The gyro was enjoyable, featuring tender, perfectly sliced meat that wasn't too thick. The Philly steak was satisfactory, but it didn't quite meet my previous expectations. There was something about the meat that felt off—perhaps a bit slimy? It seemed prepackaged or frozen, but it was still acceptable. The tables were clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely return at some point.
