saw the Movie The Creator , left my mobile phone, cleaning staff recovered and returned timely, overall a positive experience. Great place to see a movie and to get a bite to eat at a reasonable price. Respect and shout out to Frank , the manager(s), and everyone that contributed to the result View all feedback.

Came here on a whim needing to use up time waiting for my cats to get spayed. Matinee was $10 plus tax. Prices seem more reasonable than other theaters. Has an indie art deco feel like the AFI Theater in Silver Spring or Alamo Drafthouse in Crystal City. Very clean, very chic from the floors to the bathrooms. Just a cool place to be. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended.
One option makes Angelika my favorite...REAL BUTTER for the popcorn!!!
Note: I am only reviewing the cafe, and specifically their Angus Beef hot dog and value, not the theater. Craving an all-beef hot dog and having the flavor memory of Chicago Red Hots and the renowned Doug Sohn’s Hot Doug’s Sausage Superstore and Encased Meat Emporium product, I recognized I’m in a hot dog desert here in Northern Virginia. I noticed Angelika Theater Cafe in Mosaic has Angus Beef hot dogs on their menu. Sensing I was setting myself up for disappointment, a self-fulfilling prophecy, I just finished their Black Angus dog that came with a handful of potato chips, and I ordered a Great Lakes Amber Lager. Disappointed that chopped cold onions were not available, only grilled onions, I settled for a plain dog with yellow hot dog mustard only. Angelika, note that grilled onions are for burgers, and chopped cold onions are for hot dogs. The Angus Beef dog was pretty good, fairly flavorful, and served on an egg roll hot dog bun, but not to the Wow factor of a Chicago Red Hot or a Hot Doug’s dog. Adding to my dissatisfaction is that this mediocre experience was $20.00: $9.00 for the dog and chips, and $12.00 for the draft beer. Terrible value.
Cute theatre in the mosaic district. Website is not very good hard to buy tickets since it never loads correctly and takes a long time to click through to actually purchase. Can buy tickets quickly at the kiosks in the theatre lobby and to avoid online convenience fees. You can pick your seats ahead of time, which is nice don’t have to arrive super early to the theatre just to find a seat. Seats are comfortable, wide aisles so there’s lots of leg room and space between you and the person in front of you
