Taquitos Grill - Merrick

I ordered the Shrimp Tacos and Steak Tacos, but they were dry and lacked flavor. The side of chips that came with the order were stale. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I paid extra for additional protein, but there was hardly any chicken in my burrito. I only found some chicken about halfway through my meal.

The only decent part of our meal were the plain chips. The quesadillas were overcooked with processed yellow cheese only partially melted. The guacamole was disappointing, with large avocado slices and an overwhelming amount of lime juice.

This place didn't seem to have a great start, but when I heard from him again, I decided to give him another try. I have to say I'm impressed by how far they came, because the food I had was delicious. It can be a little Pricy safe, but you get the quality you can expect for the money (and the Burritos take half of the plate and are absolutely filled, so the amount is also there).

The best Mexican food in Merrick. Recommended chorizo burrito, it's new!!
