Outback Steakhouse Merrick

My family and I went to Outback Steakhouse in Merrick tonight. We were told that our waiting time would be 10 20 minutes and we got our table in 15 minutes. The table next to us sat shortly after us and our orders were taken at the same time. About 5 minutes later the other tables came out appetizers – after another 5 minutes or so our waiter came by to apologize and said that there was a mix and our appetizers would now be on the house. The apps came out and were delicious. Shortly afterwards our neighboring tables came out. About 5 minutes later our waiter came by and said that the kitchen was very secure and again there was a mix-up – shortly after the manager came to check on us and let us know how sorry he was and to let us know that our meal is completely composed – he also gave us gift cards and vouchers for the next time we come. The whole dinner lasted about 2 hours. I write this review to tell you how happy and impressed we were with the service tonight. We didn't complain at all – and the waiter and manager were extremely attentive and honest and made sure we stay up to date when our food was coming. We will be absolutely back to Outback Steakhouse in Merrick

Food was delicious, staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. It was our first visit to the Merrick Outback! We will be back!!

We arrived for an early dinner and were seated immediately. Our server was very pleasant and attentive to our needs . the appetizers were very tasty, salad very fresh and our steaks were delightful cooked as requested

Stopped by for a quick drink with a friend. There were 2 guys next to us at the bar that we’re having some issues, but the bartender Pauly and the manager Brian were extremely professional and accommodated the other patrons’ requests while smoothly deescalating the situation. As someone who works in customer service I was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by both men. This was my first time at this Outback ans they left a very good first impression with me.

We had a great time at Outback Steakhouse! We loved the staff, our waitress and our meals and the special Piña Koala which was adorable and Yummy! I always recommend Outback to steak lovers!
