Said I didn't want a replacement and wanted a refund. I brought the food and the teriyaki soaked bag back to show as proof to get a refund and the man tried to attack me, luckily for me, the older women stopped him. The older man was apologetic and nice. They gave me my refund and the younger man, we one who tried to attack me, yelled at me to never come back. Have pictures to prove it.

As you can see in my screenshot below, instead of acknowledging that the restaurant messed up he said because it was a handroll. No it doesn't matter what kind of roll i ordered, I received something k didn't order at all. The owner CLEARLY doesn't remember my order. Pretty much a d excuse not relevant to my complaint. Just admit your restaurant messed up and move on. I don't like excuses. I did give them another chance and when my food came today I had a long black hair in my Crab roll. Between the owners lack of accountability and the hair in my food today, I'm no longer ordering from this place. You've officially lost a customer.

I was annoyed as I placed my order 30 minutes ahead of time and had to wait another 15-20 minutes for them to fix my order. the guy who took my order only took down 3 of the 6 items I ordered. don't know how that happened. sushi wasn't bad. house salad with the ginger sauce was good. my parents didn't have much to say. I will say that having a weekend lunch special was definitely a plus. what would've been 3 stars is 4 because of the lunch specials lol
