Mcdonald's - Feedback

I ordered a Big Mac meal, but they only sent me the fries. They really need to improve their service and pay closer attention to orders.

The service here is exceptional! They went out of their way to open the toy display cabinet to retrieve the toy my son wanted, which was not readily available....
