A few weeks back, I ordered food online to be picked up in the restaurant. When I got there, due to an unforeseen circumstance, the restaurant closed before its actual closing time. I get it! things happen. As a result of this closing, I never received my online order and I didn't receive a refund. It wasn't until I contacted their corporate offices and they made it right immediately, offering the most sincere apologies for the inconvenience and by issuing a refund back into my account.

The staff is really hitting their stride, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. The guy in the shorts really runs this place like a well-oiled machine. Chipotle in Merrick has become a regular spot for me to grab food each week.
