The cuisine is truly heavenly – artichokes, poached eggs with white truffle, pasta with black and white truffles, and a dessert that tasted even better than it looked (a soft, creamy puff filled with coffee cream and encased in a crispy chocolate crumble) – simply a masterpiece! The waitstaff deserves another round of praise – polite, professional, friendly, and with excellent knowledge of wine pairings (the wine list, by the way, is a story in itself, as it covers all the wine regions of Italy and resembles a comprehensive book). A foodie's paradise!
