Project Tokyo - Mermaid Waters

This restaurant offers delicious food with amazing flavors. It is a hidden gem located away from the beach side of the highway. The service is excellent, the food is fresh and flavorful, and there is a wide variety of drinks to choose from. My wife and I enjoyed every dish we ordered from the menu. The prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the meals. This is definitely a place to consider if all the popular restaurants are fully booked or if you need a last-minute dining option.

I tried the weekend-only Omakase course and all of the dishes were delicious. The staff's hospitality was also fantastic. I highly recommend this Japanese restaurant and I definitely plan on returning.

We love our Japanese food...can't believe we haven't been here earlier...and will return. Staff were very happy friendly and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend.

After reading numerous 5 star reviews and never hearing about this place we decided to go try it for ourselves, I'm glad we did because we were very impressed with each and every dish that came out, everything from the miso soup to the rump steak was done well, ordering was very easy as well with the iPad, so we know what we were getting, friendly staff as well as and very clean restaurant, will definitely visit again, most importantly very good value, if you do go try go earlier on the weekends because parking may be a little harder to find.

Food was sensational and the service from Diego was awesome. Would have loved to see some more types Japanese Beers Whisky avail. Keep up the great work guys. Definitely worth a visit
