Nestled in a quaint setting, the restaurant offers a blend of charm and culinary adventure. Guests frequently praise the attentive service and the unique presentation of dishes on McCarty pottery. While standout items include flavorful chicken dishes and delectable desserts like chocolate cobbler, some diners express disappointment over limited food options and inconsistent quality. The atmosphere, however, remains a highlight, providing a warm and inviting backdrop for meals. Issues such as maintenance concerns and reservations policies have marred the experience for a few, but for those seeking a cozy dining spot, this restaurant offers a mix of delightful moments and room for improvement.

What Lacie Browning dislikes about Gallery:
The building is in terrible shape. The floors feel like you're bouncing on a trampoline, and the lobby ceiling has leaks. Our server appeared to be quite upset for some unknown reason. I understand that dining out is about the experience, but I'd prefer to never have this one again. Additionally, please consider spraying for mosquitoes in the gallery and shop; I’m now covered in bites. Thank you. Service: Dine in. View all feedback.

Overall, I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The price was reasonable too, ranging from $20 to $30 per person.

The service here is outstanding, and the staff is incredibly kind. The atmosphere is fantastic as well. Plus, the food served on their McCarty plates adds a lovely touch to the experience.

We made lunch reservations after spending the morning at McCarty Pottery. The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The ice cream on top of the dessert was the highlight of the meal. Additionally, it’s quite pricey. There aren't many lunch options in this small town, but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you can.

Quaint and good service. But food selection is extremely limited and if you don't like the cooked veggies sides, you're out of luck and will go home hungry. Corn muffins come with everything, and they are dry and bland. Ice cream on cobbler dessert is good, but the cobble itself was too sweet for my taste, and contained no actual pieces of fruit. I went on Friday knowing that tamales are available on Fridays and Saturdays, only to be disappointed they weren't available after all. 20% tip is automatically added to every ticket.
