I ordered chicken tenders, but u... read more My husband picked up some chicken, mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuits for us. He noted that the service was not very good. I ordered chicken tenders, but unfortunately, they still had tough tendons in them, which made them unappetizing and seemed undercooked. The coleslaw was bland and lacked flavor, which is surprising since KFC has always been renowned for its tasty coleslaw. Overall, we were quite disappointed with the food.

The drive-thru staff are consistently rude, and it’s unfair to take frustrations out on customers if you're unhappy at work. The managers assure me that they will address the issues, but nothing seems to change. This location truly needs to be replaced by a better establishment. On a positive note, the KFC in North Hills is fantastic, but we really don’t need this location anymore as it has been in decline for quite some time.

The service is extremely rude, and it seems that the staff often take out their frustrations on customers. If they don't enjoy their jobs, it shouldn't affect how they treat others. The manager claims to address these issues with the employees, but nothing ever seems to improve. This establishment would be better off replaced by another business. The KFC in North Hills is excellent, and honestly, we don't need this location anymore. I've been disappointed for quite some time.
