Dunkin' - Meriden

I visit this place every morning before work. The mobile ordering makes it so convenient, and this year I've noticed that I haven't encountered any issues with my hot coffee. This restaurant used to be outstanding, with excellent employees who truly cared for their customers, but now it seems like there's only one person doing that. At any other Dunkin', I typically have to deal with problematic stoppers, but not here. It's a real shame to see how things have changed.

I went yesterday at 5 PM, and two very friendly staff members took my order quickly, both with big smiles on their faces! I placed a DoorDash order and didn’t have to wait long at all for it to be ready.

Wow! Yesterday evening, I went through the drive-thru to order just a hot chocolate with whipped cream, and the person taking my order was an absolute delight. He even sang to me! He asked if I wanted whipped cream and was genuinely the most pleasant person I've encountered in a long time. As I left, he encouraged me to "keep being brilliant!" This was especially great since my previous stop at the Dunkin' on East Main St. didn’t have any hot chocolate available. I ended up ordering coffee and two glazed donuts there instead. Thankfully, I made my way to the Dunkin' on Broad St., which is closer to my home. I don't know the name of that wonderful guy, but he definitely makes me want to keep coming back to this location!

Service was good, but what you really worried about other customers drive way too fast in the driveway.
