Avanti Italian Lounge - Meriden

As always, the food and service were outstanding. During our first dinner, we sat at the bar, and it was a delightful experience. It was great to be around other guests who also appreciated the atmosphere and the food. The Pumpkin Martini was one of the best I've ever had! Shelby makes fantastic cocktails! My husband particularly enjoyed the homemade chocolate mousses. We initially planned to stop by for just a drink and an appetizer, but we ended up staying for a few hours. Although we’re not typically bar people, we felt so comfortable that we decided to stay longer and even ordered some of their incredible stiff breads for a party the next day. The amount of food we received for the price was amazing. Even though we’ve moved 45 minutes away, the drive for date night at this restaurant is always worth it.

The food is fantastic and the service is top-notch. The prices are reasonable, ranging from low to mid-range. If you enjoy Italian cuisine, this is definitely the spot you should visit.

The 60. We celebrated my father's birthday there yesterday, and we had an amazing time! A huge thank you to the entire staff, especially Susan and Deb – the service was outstanding, and the food was fantastic! You truly made the occasion special for us. Thank you so much!
