Contribute Feedback What An A likes about Santa Clara Ice Cream And Coffee Shop:
The ice cream is denser, sweeter and fatter than nearby local favorite Colón (on the Zócalo and the Paseo de Montejo). It’s about like Baskin-Robbins in the US. It’s okay but nothing special, and priced for tourists. View all feedback.
What Caroline M doesn't like about Santa Clara Ice Cream And Coffee Shop:
I was given an expresó with milk separate in a cup which was not big enough to add the milk. The assistant refused to give me a larger cup because they are for capuchino!!!! We could not get a frappé without milk. Very unhelpful and rude. View all feedback.
Great selection of flavors! The cajeta was a very pleasant surprise. Ice cream is always better in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. Will definitely be back.
Why go to a low quality chain when you could go to Pola only a few blocks away near santa lucia...This place sell sad uncreative, mediocre ice cream for high prices. Pola is so much better!
My kids love this place! They serve up a nice quality coffee and lovely ice cream but it is a bit expensive for the area. I guess it’s along the lines of Starbucks meets baskin robins.
Excellent Americano con leche. The best coffee I've had in Merida, and an amazing spot for people watching
Delicious! Try the mango smoothie. Such a refreshing treat on a warm day. The staff were very helpful and quick.
