Contribute FeedbackWe have been here several times over the past year. Food has always been good but the service is terrible. Absolutely no customer service from the valet to the server. Appears that there is no training or supervisor. No one seems to care.
It was about a month ago that my wife and I had lunch at this restaurants. Honestly speaking, we expected more and better. I would like to add that it was difficult to find. It is located well away from Merida Center and close to the Museo of Mundo Maya. The restaurant is not without some charm. The women making tortillas just outside the entrance make an interesting feature to this place, and some wall decorations are also quite attractive. However, the service is not very good. Most waiters seem to be more interested in talking to each other than on doing their jobs. At all times, it was us that had to call them and ask for something. We did not enjoy the food enough to recommend this restaurant, the portions were small, and the flavors and sauces were not what later we found at other places. The dining room is small, somewhat crowded and noisy. In all, this meal was one of the least satisfactory, and more expensive, of all in our recent trip through several cities in the region. My recommendation is to try your luck at some other restaurants. For us, Pueblo Pibil at Tixcocob, and Kinich at Izamal were way better and more enjoyable than Habaneros .
Watching the ladies pressing fresh tortillas in the front of the restaurant was amazing, the food was fabulous
Best regional food restaurant. Authentic traditional dishes from Yucatan. Everything we tried was delicious, the atmosphere was very friendly, and the service outstanding. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Merida, and definitely will come back! 10 out of 10
Es una excelente opción para probar todas las delicias gastronómicas) que el estado ofrece. Muy buenas opciones en alimentos, bebidas y postres. El pan de elote esta delicioso.
