Cafe Punta del Cielo - Mérida

Horrible service, we ordered Cappuccino con helado, but after a long wait we regularly got cappuccinos. At least the cupcake tasted good.

After I read a few good reviews, my husband and I went to this place, the service was terrible, my husband ordered his coffee and the checkout told us to sit and they will come to our table to take the rest of the order... when his coffee arrives, I asked the waiter what the checkout told us, he gave us a menu and left, I went to the register to make my order, the same waiter came and the minute I was in so many coffee spots in Mexico and the USA and have never experienced anything terrible, I do not recommend this place at all.

Fantastic small café, great air conditioning and brilliant staff. The coffee is unbelievable, but the frape are simply perfect in this heat, you either have to try the chocolate trap or the taro! Wow.

We were waiting for the traditional dancing to start in the road about 50 yards from this restaurant so we took a seat outside to watch the world go by and everything being set up for the dancing. We had a couple of drinks and...a bottle of wine, nachos style snacks for 531 pesos which is around £21 including tip.

Excellent location and desserts at Cafe Punta del Cielo are amazing!... especially the cheese cake we recently enjoyed. Fine coffee Dieo my smoothie had a light chemical taste
