Despite being located on a busy road, it is still enjoyable to sit outside and hear the noisy car engines. Having a car wash on the premises is convenient for those who arrive dirty, although some of the staff may have difficulty communicating in English.

The car wash menu displa... read more We had heard positive reviews about this car wash and cafe, but unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service we received today. The car wash menu displayed in person was not the same as the one online, and the attendants seemed unfamiliar with the website. After finally determining the service we wanted, one attendant inspected the car (which was in decent condition) and claimed it was dirty, requiring an additional $25 fee on top of the advertised price. When I asked about the 40% off voucher that was promoted on Facebook and their website (which I had downloaded and saved in my email), I was informed that an electronic copy was not acceptable and that a printed version was required. It wasn't until I physically showed them the voucher on the website that they acknowledged its existence. There was no indication on the website that it needed to be printed, and in today's digital age, most people have e-vouchers on their phones. I understand that the employees were just doing their job, but their language barrier made it even more challenging to communicate effectively. The cafe appeared pleasant, but we decided to leave as we had anticipated a better experience and were not willing to pay an extra $80 due to miscommunication and technicalities. Best of luck to them, but we will not be returning.

They also had a variety of newspapers and magazines available for reading while your car is being washed. It's a very relaxing place to enjoy a tasty meal and wait for your car to be washed. Perfect way to spend 30 minutes!

Service is lovely, coffee good, breakfast beautiful... read more Part of a busy hand car wash business, this cafe is a treat, whether you are getting your car washed or not. Service is lovely, coffee good, breakfast beautifully cooked every time. The bonus of free wifi, newspapers etc. add to the experience. Highly recommended.
