Fresh, delicious, filling salads are also the small portions considerable. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, let them know if you have any food restrictions and they help you choose a substitute for the ingredients.

Probably the best salad bar in Ghent (or at least those I tried). Large selection, many vegetarian options, cosy interior and decent prices.
