The atmosphere was refined yet welcoming, and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the pigeon—perfectly cooked, tender, and rich in flavor. It's clear the kitchen has mastered this dish, delivering a balance of boldness and finesse. The foie gras was equally impressive: silky, well-seasoned, and served with accompaniments that elevated its richness beautifully. While the desserts didn’t quite reach the same heights as the mains, they were still enjoyable and thoughtfully presented. Given the strength of the savory courses, it's a small note in an otherwise outstanding meal. Frankly a very good address. The star would be late. Well prepared and original dishes. Small flat, the wines offered in agreement are good, but not transcendent. Particular thanks to Charlotte for her impeccable service and dedication.
We discovered a creative cuisine full of flavors, a real explosion of tastes. Lovely staff and impeccable service. A big bravo to the leader and his team.
