In my last three or four visits to this restaurant, they have repeatedly gotten my coffee order wrong or mixed up my request. I'm beginning to question what they really mean by "extra extra."
The restaurant frequently gets orders wrong and struggles with listening effectively. Additionally, the service is excessively slow.
Usually This Dunkin is my favorite but on 7/10/2022 @6:20p I ordered a large iced coffee... The girl forgot the ice! The tag on the side of the cup said extra ice but nope, no ice! How can someone forget the ice for an iced coffee? No, the place wasn'tbusy... I was the only customer. No, I didn't bring it back or I would have been late for work.
I really want this restaurant to succeed, and I always try to be polite by saying "please" and "thank you" when I order. However, I've consistently encountered rude and indifferent customer service on every visit. I understand if you might not enjoy your job at D and D, but that's not my concern. It would be appreciated if you could simply do your job, refill my coffee, and not look at me like I’m being unreasonable when my cup is clearly only half full. I genuinely believe this establishment could benefit from a complete overhaul and new staff. Having worked as a barista in my twenties, where we made everything from scratch, I provided much better service with a friendly attitude. This restaurant seems to reflect larger issues within the service industry in America.
