Roosje, the boss and owner is a very friendly and gentle lady/host that knows her business and ensures a pleasant dining experience with her hospitallity tewards her customers. Laslo, her 30-year-old chéf, will present his best cooking tricks and fullfill your need for cullinairy fullfilment at each visit. A defenit ´must-have-tried´ experience when visiting Merchtem. The bistro at Trezebeast is absolutely worth a visit. It is super beautiful and cozy with friendly and attentive service. The food is very good, especially the fresh options. Don't forget to try the delicious mint tea and the top dish on the menu, the "Roose." Overall, a great dining experience.
