Since you cannot make a reservation, you have to wait at the counter with a drink until a table becomes available +8 people after us). While we wait for a table to become available, new customers come in and immediately sit down at a table that has just become available. We report this to the staff, who do not know what to do. The 'rude ' customers are allowed to remain seated and we have to wait for another table to become available.
