Subway - Mercer

The sandwiches here are absolutely terrible. This is the worst place in Mercer. I highly recommend avoiding the sandwiches altogether. I wish Jimmy John's would come and take over this spot!

This restaurant was a fantastic fast food spot in Mercer—actually, it was the only one in town! We have a cottage nearby, and unfortunately, the owner had to close it down a couple of months ago. It's now permanently shut. All the signs have either been taken down or covered up. It's disappointing to see it go, but I suppose it just wasn't profitable enough.

The restaurant is dirty and disorganized. The owner should feel embarrassed, especially since it seems like this has been an ongoing issue for years based on other reviews. The landscaping around the building is wildly overgrown, and the entrance looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. Inside, there are boxes on the tables, old computer monitors, a printer, and paperwork scattered across the booths and floor. The entire place gives off the impression of being a haven for pests. It's hard to believe that corporate would let the owner manage this location in its current state. They really need to clean up the mess and take some pride in their establishment.

The employee had paperwork scattered all over the dining area and seemed rushed while preparing our subs. He pressed the vegetables into the sandwiches and didn’t even make our orders correctly.

Delicious food every single time! I can't praise the staff enough for their hard work!
