Fusion Cafe Fruits - Merced

This restaurant has a rich history of small business, starting with the original Fusion Cafe and then transitioning to Nikkos before becoming Fusion Cafe Fruits. I decided to give this place a try after Nikkos closed permanently, and I must say that I was completely satisfied! The staff was friendly, the environment was clean, and the food was amazing. I ordered a torta along with a natural juice blend of carrots, oranges, and beets. The torta was full of flavor, and I particularly enjoyed the chipotle sauce. If you're not a fan of spice, you can opt for either the pickled jalapenos or the house chipotle sauce. I will definitely be returning for more and consider this a great spot for lunch with its daily specials.

Under new property. when I went in everything, I could smell was a fishy smell. not something I expected. which usually took from 10 minutes or less almost took 20 plus. I've been giving the dame time since she explained it. also my vehicle was washed over the road. the owner had to do something unexpected and opened up for them. She was not prepared for customers, nor did she know where the things were or how to work properly my drink was ok. and paid a lot for such a small cup. she was very nice and I appreciated her efforts. although I love seafood. was the smell not very pleasant? Early in the morning. I'm not back. not because of the situation, but because it is not worth the price.
